Effective date: 1/1/2026

Eligible TH3BOX digital-product purchases may be applied as a credit toward one qualifying TH3BOX consulting engagement under the following conditions.

Credit Amount

The available credit equals 100% of the amount actually paid for the eligible product after discounts, promotional codes, refunds, taxes, and other adjustments.

Qualifying Engagement

The consulting engagement must have a minimum contracted value of $2,000 before application of the credit.

Eligibility Period

The consulting engagement must be initiated within 90 calendar days of the eligible product purchase.

“Initiated” means that the consulting scope has been accepted and the applicable agreement or proposal has been executed within the 90-day period.

One-Time Use

The credit may be applied once to one qualifying engagement.

Unused credit does not carry forward to another engagement.

No Cash Value

The credit is not a cash refund, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot produce a negative consulting balance.

Nontransferable

The credit may be used only by the purchasing customer and company unless TH3BOX approves an exception in writing.

Eligible Products

Eligibility may vary by product, promotion, license type, or purchase channel. The applicable product page or order confirmation will indicate whether the purchase is eligible.

Taxes and Third-Party Costs

The credit does not apply to sales tax, laboratory fees, freight, travel, prototypes, samples, tooling, supplier charges, or other third-party expenses unless TH3BOX agrees otherwise in writing.

How to Redeem

Provide the original purchaser name, order email, order number, product purchased, and purchase date when requesting consulting.

TH3BOX will confirm the available credit before the consulting agreement is finalized.

Changes to This Policy

TH3BOX may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect on the original purchase date will apply to that purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
