Packaging Advice Should Be Based on Your System—not Someone’s Sales Quota.

TH3BOX helps growing product companies evaluate packaging cost, product protection, freight, labor, and operational efficiency without requiring a full-time packaging engineer on staff.

TH3BOX was founded by Brett Delwiche, a packaging engineer with more than five years of experience across medical device, automotive, industrial, and consumer-product packaging.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

His experience includes packaging development, qualification, specifications, testing strategy, supplier coordination, documentation, corrective action, and cross-functional cost improvement.

Why TH3BOX Exists

Many growing companies reach a point where packaging decisions become financially important, but they still do not have enough packaging work to justify hiring a full-time specialist.

Operations may know damage is occurring. Purchasing may know material cost is increasing. Finance may see freight expense. Fulfillment may see labor inefficiency. Customer service may see complaints.

The problem is that these costs are often reviewed separately.

TH3BOX brings those areas together so packaging can be evaluated as a complete business system.

How TH3BOX Approaches Packaging

Measure Before Redesigning

Establish the current cost and performance before deciding what needs to change.

Diagnose the Cause

Do not confuse visible packaging damage with the actual root cause.

Consider the Complete System

Review the product, primary packaging, secondary packaging, shipping package, pallet, warehouse, carrier, fulfillment process, and customer experience together.

Build the Financial Case

A technically sound improvement still needs to make financial sense.

Validate Before Full Rollout

Packaging changes affecting protection, safety, operations, or distribution should be tested and controlled before implementation.

Independence

TH3BOX does not sell packaging materials or equipment.

The objective is not to sell a larger box, more cushioning, or a new machine. The objective is to find the lowest practical total packaging-system cost while maintaining the required product protection and customer experience.
